Logging into Google Classroom:
Your login is the 1st four letters of your first and last name and the last 2 digits of your projected graduation year.  So if John Smith is in Kindergarten his login is johnsmit32@vlietschools.org. Students should know their passwords. If you need help, please email Mrs. Zuniga.

Practice your English and your home language at the same time! This is both an app and a website, so can be done from most any device. Students may have an account already. If they are creating a new account, use your school Google Account. The application is best for students who are comfortable reading in at least one language. (3rd grade and up)

Students can login with their school Google account. This website has a variety of video clips for beginners to advanced speakers. You can practice letter sounds, or learn new vocabulary.

This website focuses on phonics. It is terrific for younger learners who are learning to read, or for newer students who are still learning the phonetics of English. Students in Kindergarten and 1st grade should already have accounts. This website has videos that teach students basic grammar.  Students should be able to login with their school Google sign on.

This is a great resource for students to practice their listening skills.  They have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced listening scripts. This website is best for those who are reading independently.

This website has some great activities for parents to do with students. Activities are written in a variety of home languages, so parents can easily understand what to do.
